Tried out my NORBERT BRUGGEN  U-boat a WW1 type.

Full static dive with ENGEL dive tank, works very well in the warmer lake water.

Also gave the SMIT POLEN a run almost finished now.

Update on Charlie, 26.5.2018

It's planned that Charlie will return home on May 29th (Oak Apple Day). His house has been cleaned, grab rails installed, and a care visits arranged.

He's looking more like himself, although he's still underweight - his trousers fall down at inconvenient moments.

He's had another visit to Tameside General (by taxi) because he tripped up in his room, banged his head, and had a suspected broken finger - happily it wasn't.

He's using his mobile phone if anyone wants to ring him - 07707098878

Update on the BOSTON TYPHOON ballast trials in my swimming pool at Macclesfield Towers.

At the moment 22lbs in old money of lead plus battery, (that's 9.97 Kg to you younger members).

Seems to be a stable model, he say's hopefully!.

Update on Charlie, 16.5.2018.

Charlie is still in Shire Hill Hospital, Glossop. He's making slow progress in rehab . The main improvement is that one of his family is sorting his house out and has brought him some clothes and a mobile phone.

FIESTA REPORT 6/5/2018.

Bob OOD thanks Bob.

 Weather good, wind good, four came to race.

We had ten races in which all of them were the full course. Welcome back to Trevor Redford, he had a fight with a log in the lake otherwise he would have beaten me.

The racing was very close only 3 pints in it, from first to last, good racing.
