Photo competition, 12th September 2012,
The club was full again on the night and I think the different approach to the judging went well and it got people out of their seats to look at the entries and whilst doing that chatted with others that they don't usually get to speak to at the club being in their (it seems) own usual seats!
Though it was also thought to bring other entries out, not being judged by a professional, that wasn't the case as we only had 7 entries, perhaps next year now the format has changed, but it got the membership involved on the night which was successful.
The resounding winner after the vote counting by Andy the secretary was Alan Breese with what else but a naval vessel, there was no need for a recount thank goodness!

If you can help in the setting up from 9-00am or if not all day, the dismantling at the end that would be great, as like myself I can't be there all day, it worked well the last time so any help would be appreciated.
