First impressions on the Saturday, of Duckie and Bob the Abell's visit to this great show!.
Map of Museum not of Exhibitors!
..........................................................................................
What a splendid view of the canal and locks area
Picture taken in the afternoon, when it turned quite cold
Hence lack of visitors
The large white structure above the houses is a ship gliding along the Manchester Ship Canal
and into the Mersey via the locks
Bob.
As you can see very sunny!
That's better .
Just look at Duckie!
He's only got the Chuck Wagon stuck on a canal side bollard!
Just look at the lovely weather!
And a very interesting boat museum, where you can spend a day just poking around
I noticed quite a few of the museum boat relics can be seen afloat after years of restoration
Bob.
General view of the outside with the Sailors
Birds eye view from the bridge
One of my personal favourites, as its similar to my present build project!.
And so to inside the venue!
Wake up at the back there!!
Don't get alarmed that's not Bob's Plasticard in the chuck wagon its mine, Bob only does Big wood as you know, though the one on the right of the picture is one of the exhibits that's been there for years not one of his!. Though if he lived a bit nearer I'm sure he would be helping out with the restorations.
A model on the Mac's Models Stall with some of the marvellous items on sale, I've had some of their stuff in the past and needs very little cleaning up before painting.
Here endeth the first lesson,
Come back later to see the clubs and exhibits that made this turnout great again!.
.........................................................................................
If builders built buildings the way lawyers write laws, the first Woodpecker that came along would destroy civilisation!.
Did you hear of the cannibal that passed his mother in the woods!.
Did you hear of the cannibal who ate his mother in law,
She still didn't agree with him.
