Etherow Model Boat Club Summer Regatta

A big thanks to all who turned up, a good day, also weather stayed fine.
Thanks to ALAN DERHAM for bringing his fine model warships on behalf of Surface Warships Association, all in all a brilliant day with Gordon Longworth providing explosions with his WW1 tank.

Al The Comm would be very appreciative if some of the members were available to get to the lake early this next Sunday to help put up the gazebo, stalls and tables for the Open Day.

As most of you know it can get very busy parking on ordinary Sundays.

 This Sunday will be no exception with more members , kids off school now and the weather seems to be getting better!, still won't dwell on that in case I put the mockers on it!!.

So if you get down to the lake it will be to your advantage all round won't it!.

During the past week at the lake there was Lawrence White with his new build, a nice little Tug boat.

I think someone said it was a Mountfleet model?

You moved Pepe!, at least I got the boat alright!.

On Saturday afternoon there was the Club 500 lads?, well they are young in heart anyway aren't they!.
